Additionally, you can now submit your character designs to be shared and used by others in the community.

Misleading payment prompts and payment barriers.

We are pleased to announce a series of enhancements to our subscription plans, effective from February 2026.

To provide clearer pricing information and minimize confusion, we have updated the descriptions of prices and benefits across all plans. We have also expanded our payment options to support more convenient and global transactions.

New users can now enjoy free trials and opt into auto-renewal subscriptions, allowing everyone to experience our AI vision capabilities at no initial cost.

Furthermore, we are continuously adding value to both the Hakko+ Pro and Ultra plans. Starting February 2026, all Hakko+ members will gain access to the exclusive Hakko+ Premium Club, which includes dedicated customer support and invitations to members-only community events.

Specifically, Hakko+ Ultra members will receive up to 1,500 Gems monthly for outfit purchases, replacing the previous credit model for outfit generation. These Gems can be converted to credits at a 1:10 ratio whenever needed.

Extremely poor voice interaction experience due to poorly trained AI voices, inaccurate recognition and frequent interruptions.

This month, we have enhanced our AI voice system with a wider selection of voices for you to choose from. Additionally, you can now adjust voice playback speed from 0.5x to 2.0x to better suit different scenarios and preferences.

We have also improved our voice recognition technology, enabling our AI to understand spoken input with greater accuracy and clarity. We also adjust our VAD setting from an 800 ms response time to 1300 ms, so less immature interuption from AI response will happen.

Our efforts to refine the voice experience are ongoing. In the near future, we aim to make conversations with our AI feel more natural and responsive with minimal latency, just like speaking to another person.
